Why this tracking page is a warning by itself

Status bar includes a pay-us “On Hold” step, which real parcel giants do not use this way.
Claimed shipper: Shenzhen Insees Technology Co., Ltd — unverified in this case, and not a reason to pay Bitcoin.
Route: China → Dushanbe, Tajikistan → Ankara, Turkey, while the destination is the United States. That is not how a 7-day GPU air shipment works.
Weight listed as UNDISCLOSED for two supposed workstation GPUs.

The same operator later said U.S. Customs had the parcel and that the buyer could not contact the government office.

If a seller’s “carrier” website is the only place a tax can be paid, you are not dealing with customs. You are dealing with the scammer’s next invoice.
